You earn 10 points for every £1 you spend on our website. Points are automatically added to your account within 24 hours of your order being confirmed. You can also earn bonus points during promotional events and when you refer friends!

Points never expire as long as your account remains active. We define "active" as making at least one purchase every 12 months. If your account becomes inactive, you have a 6-month grace period before any remaining points are removed.

Once you have at least 500 points, you can redeem them at checkout. Each 500 points equals £5 off your order. Higher tier members also get access to exclusive redemption options like early product access and limited edition items.

Yes! Your tier-based discount percentage (up to 15% for Platinum members) can be combined with points redemptions. You'll automatically receive your best available discount at checkout.

Log in to your account and visit the "My Points" section in your dashboard. You'll see your current balance, tier status, points history, and available rewards. You can also opt-in to receive email notifications when you earn or are close to redeeming points.
